Schedule of Events

Welcome to Jackson! Get yourself checked in to your lodging and put your boots on! We will be meeting y'all in downtown Jackson at the iconic Million Dollar Cowboy Bar for dinner and entertainment! Dress code is cowboy chic. Doors open at 5:00 PM. Please bring your ID's! Giddy up!

5:00-6:30 - Cocktails and Passed Apps

6:30 - Smokehouse BBQ Buffet

7:30 - Line dancing lessons for all

8:30 - Big Skillet starts their set - let's show them how it's done! 

9:00 - Bar opens to the public

Our event photographer - Trenna Beardall - will be onsite. Please be sure you get your photos taken. We will post all photos after the event!

Saturday is free for you to explore Jackson however you see fit!  The party starts at 4:45 PM and will include dinner and live entertainment.

Shuttles: We will be running continuous shuttles between Moosewood and downtown Jackson. There are three 25-person passenger vans that will loop from downtown to Moosewood from 4:15 to 6:00. The shuttle meeting place is at the Jackson Home Ranch Welcome Center (1 block from the Square). The shuttles will be in the lot area with the large commercial bus parking spots. There will be an assistant in the vicinity to assist. We will run the buses as they fill. It is an approximately 20 minute ride to our house. The shuttles will begin running back to downtown Jackson at 10:00 PM.

Private Cars: Please use google maps to navigate to Moosewood (1100 Woodside Drive, Jackson). Once on the property, please drive all of the way toward the house until you run into a parking attendant.

Uber/Taxi: Please have them navigate to 1100 Woodside Drive in Jackson. Once on the property, they should drive you all of the way up to the house, circle through the porte cochere delivering you to the front door.

Dress will bohemian chic. Flat, comfortable shoes are suggested. We will be tented outdoors on grass. While the day temperatures can be mild, expect it to cool off significantly at night (current lows in the 40's). Please be sure you bring a warm coat. While the tent will be heated and, weather permitting, the fire pit will be rolling, we want to be sure everyone is comfortable in the cooler temps.
